Terms of Use

PRICES:
In case of delays, backorders, or sold-out items, we will do our best to inform you as soon as possible and explain what we can do – for example, provide a refund or help you find a similar item elsewhere.

PAYMENT:
SKNOR accepts payment with VISA, VISA Electron, Mastercard, and MobilePay. Payment will only be charged to your account when the item is shipped. All amounts are in NOK and include VAT.

DELIVERY:
SKNOR strives to ship orders within 24 hours of purchase. We deliver throughout Norway. Shipping to a parcel shop is free. Home delivery costs NOK 89.
NOTE: If there is no space at the delivery location, your package will be redirected to the nearest delivery point, and you will be notified. If any issues arise, please contact customer service. Items are delivered on weekdays. Your order will arrive 1–5 business days after purchase. Delivery may take longer during busy periods.

WARRANTY / COMPLAINTS:
There is a 2-year warranty in accordance with Norwegian consumer law. Our warranty covers material and/or manufacturing defects. Depending on the situation, you may have the item repaired, replaced, refunded, or receive a price reduction.
The warranty does not cover defects or damage caused by improper handling of the product/service. You must make a complaint within a “reasonable time” after discovering the defect. Complaints made within two months of discovering the defect are always considered timely.

If the complaint is valid, we will refund your (reasonable) shipping costs. The item must always be returned in proper packaging. Remember to get a shipping receipt so we can reimburse your shipping costs. Contact us before returning the product to make the process as simple as possible.
For returns, complaints, and exercising the right of withdrawal, the item must be sent to:

REFUSALS:
For refunds, please contact us so the agreed amount can be transferred.

REFUND/RETURN/EXCHANGE DURING SALES:
Products and orders cannot be refunded, returned, or exchanged during sales periods, special promotions, or discount campaigns.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL:
As a customer, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal when shopping with us. The withdrawal period expires 14 days after you have received the goods.
This means you have 14 days from receipt to notify us that you wish to cancel the purchase. You may also use the standard withdrawal form, which is found at the bottom of the terms and conditions.
You cannot cancel the purchase by refusing to accept the goods without notifying us.
If the purchase includes a free gift, the entire order must be returned if you wish to cancel.

RETURN:
Once you have notified us that you wish to cancel your purchase, you have 14 days to return the item to us.

You are responsible for paying the return shipping costs and liable for any damage during transport. This means you bear the risk for the item from delivery until we have received it back.

When returning, you are responsible for ensuring the item is properly packaged. To simplify processing, you are welcome to include a copy of your order confirmation in the package.

If you want to return the item, we can help you with the shipping label, and we will then credit the shipping cost against your refund. Otherwise, send to:

You cannot cancel by refusing to accept the goods without giving clear notice.

CONDITION OF ITEM UPON RETURN:
You are only responsible for any reduction in value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to determine the nature, characteristics, and functionality of the item. In other words, you may try the item, and it should be in the same condition as when you received it.

If the item shows extraordinary signs of use or damage beyond what is described above, it will be considered used. This means that if you cancel the purchase, you may only receive a partial refund or none at all, depending on the commercial value of the item at the time of receipt or return.

To receive a full refund, the product must be tested within 14 days.

REFUND:
If you cancel your purchase, you will of course be refunded the amount you paid to us. Any reduction in value caused by your handling will be deducted from the purchase price.

REFUND OR EXCHANGE:
We care about our customers and want you to have a great experience with us. That’s why we stand behind all our products and offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee! This means you can use our products risk-free to see if they’re right for you.

In the unlikely event that you are not satisfied with your purchase, you have 14 days from the delivery date to initiate a return. If more than 14 days have passed since you received your order, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund or exchange.

We will provide you with the necessary instructions to complete a return. Our team will need a copy of your order confirmation to process the return.

RETURN APPROVAL:
You will lose your right of withdrawal if the item has significant wear and is not in the same condition and packaging (bag and cardboard box) as when you received it.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you a confirmation email. We will also email you when your refund is approved. If your return is approved, we will refund you the full value.

SHIPPING:
You are responsible for paying the costs of returning the item. You should consider tracking your package. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned package.

Privacy Policy

For example, information may be shared with the police in cases of suspected credit card fraud.

INSIGHT AND COMPLAINTS:
You have the right to know which personal data we process about you. You may also object to the use of your data at any time. You can also withdraw your consent to the processing of your data. If the information processed about you is incorrect, you have the right to have it corrected or deleted. Requests regarding this should be directed to us.

CURRENCY CONVERSION:
By using our website, you consent (as the visitor) to third parties processing your IP address to determine your location for the purpose of converting currency. You also consent to this currency being stored in a session cookie in your browser (a temporary cookie that is automatically removed when you close the browser).

EMAIL AND SMS MARKETING:
If you subscribe to our newsletter via email and/or SMS, we use the data required for this purpose, or provided separately by you, to send you newsletters and SMS marketing messages. You may unsubscribe at any time, either by contacting us or via a link provided in the newsletter or SMS. After unsubscribing, we will delete your email address and phone number unless you have explicitly consented to further use of your data.
